Chris Martin scuffles with photog

New York, Jan 20 : Coldplay frontman Chris Martin was spotted attacking a photographer as he left New York City's Mount Sinai Hospital with his wife Gwyneth Paltrow.

Gwyneth, who stayed in hospital for a night, was waiting in the car when Martin shouted, 'Let's have some respect here!'

He then attacked the shutterbug and grabbed his camera.

"He just started chasing after one of them. He caught up to him, grabbed him and knocked the photographer to the ground," the New York Post quoted one witness, as saying.

"There was no provocation for the attack, no reason. Martin just went after him," the witness added.

The photographer then grabbed Martin by the waist and asked his camera back.

"Give it back to him, you jerk. What a jerk - and you're supposed to be a father," the videographer told Martin.

Following this, Martin finally gave the camera back.
