Bihar: FIR against JD (U) MLA's brother

Gopalganj, Jan 20: An FIR was today registered against the brother of JD (U) MLA from Mirganj, Ramshewak Singh, in connection with an incident of shoot-out at Rajapur village under Uchka Gaon police station area in Gopalganj district.

Police said an FIR was lodged by one Ramji Singh at Uchka goan police station alleging that Rajendra Singh brother of JD (U) MLA Ramshewak Singh had opend fire at his residence at Rajapur village yesterday. Ramji Singh alleged that his car was badly damage in the shoot-out committed by Mr Rajendra Singh.

''Case is being investigated'' police said.

UNI
