Make 'Nirmalgram Scheme' a people's movement: Ajit Pawar

Kolhapur, Jan 19 (UNI) Maharashtra Water Resources Minister Ajit Pawar today stressed that the ''Nirmalgram Scheme'', launched in the state, should become a peoples movement with the involvement of the youth.

Mr Pawar was speaking at a function here to mark the completion of the works carried out in Shirol and Hatkanangale tehsils of the district under the Shivaji University's National Seva Scheme.

Shivaji University Vice-Chancellor Dr Manikrao Salunkhe presided over the function which was attended by Maharashtra ministers Vinay Kore and Hassan Mushrif among others.
