J Kumar Infraprojects IPO opens on Jan 18
Jaipur, Jan 19: J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd, a civil engineering and infrastructure development company today said it has entered the capital market with its maiden public offer of 65,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price to be decided through a 100 percent book building process.
The company has fixed the price band at Rs 110 and Rs 120 per equity share. The issue will close on January 23.
Addressing a press conference here today chairman and managing director of the company Jagdish Kumar Gupta said the issue will constitite 30.36 per cent and the net issue will comprise 30.40 per cent respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.
He said the compnay's primary focus are on development of roads, flyovers, bridges, railway over bridges, irrigation projects, commercial and residential buildings, railways buildings, sport complexes, and airport contracts.
The proceeds from the issue are intended to be deployed for the purchase of capital equipments and for funding working capital requirements.
