Congress will retain power in Delhi with SCs' support
New Delhi, Jan 19 (UNI) The Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) today claimed that the party will retain power in the coming Assembly elections in Delhi with the support of the Scheduled Caste community.
At a day-long convention of the Scheduled Caste, DPCC president Jai Prakash Agarwal said the Delhi government has been initiating various schemes and projects for the welfare and benefit of the community from time to time.

Mr Agarwal said the Congress would not tolerate any move to scuttle the welfare projects devised for the Scheduled Caste.
Speaking on the occasion, Delhi Assembly Speaker Chaudhary Prem Singh exhorted the Scheduled Caste community members to work for the interest of the Congress and foil designs of those working only for self interest.
