ITC Q3 up by 15 per cent Rs 830.72cr

New Delhi, Jan 18: Diversified company ITC Ltd today said its net profit increased 15 per cent to Rs 830.72 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 717.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Its total income increased 13 per cent to Rs 3,595.39 crore for the third quarter this year compared to Rs 3,184.49 crore in the same period last year. ITC has a diversified presence in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, and packaging among others.
