Chamarajnagara records lowest temp of 9.8 degree celsius

Bangalore, Jan 18(UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State. Minimum temperatures fell at a many places over North Interior Karnataka, fell at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka. They were below normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over North Interior Karnataka; below normal at many places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and below normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.

Chamarajnagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 9.8 Degree Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Dry weather will prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Dry weather will prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Local forecast: Clear sky. Fog/mist likely during morning hours.

Minimum temperature would be around 14 degree celsius.
