Lumax board to consider closure of Chennai unit
New Delhi, Jan 17 (UNI) Automobile lighting systems and solutions provider, Lumax Industries Ltd today said its board will meet on January 30 to consider closure and disposal of assets of its Chennai plant.
The company said in a statement that its board will also consider availing financial assistance of Rs 45 Crores from Syndicate Bank and / or Citi Bank to meet its capital Expenditure and working capital requirements.
