Ansal API to invest in big way in 'Tri-city'

Chandigarh, Jan 17 (UNI) Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited is planning to invest in a big way in the 'Tri-city' of Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali.

"Ansal API will invest about four thousand crore in its various proposed projects for the 'Tri-city' which includes one IT park, one Industrial Park, one SEZ, a mall, a Five Star hotel and a Three Star hotel," COO Punjab Ansal API Deepak Sachdev said this here today while announcing the launch of a luxurious group housing, 'Orchard County' in Mohali.

A leading real estate developer, Ansal API, has joined hands with Lotus Melange to develop the 'Orchard County', located at Kharar-Landran road.

"Spread over 12 acres of clean and green environment, the project has 82 per cent open area and only 18 per cent construction area, which offers a vast expanse of green belts with view of the foothills of the Himalayas-'The Shivalik Range." "The project, which has already started, comprises of 16 towers with 528 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms and penthouses. The housing complex will have all modern amenities and a basement parking facility." Its convenient location on Kharar-Landran road provides people an easy access to the township. The proposed road from Kurali to industrial zone Baddi will be an additional advantage for the project, Mr Sachdev said.

In the vicinity of proposed Mohali Golf Course and shopping mall 'Ansal Plaza', Orchard County, will be just a mere distance from educational institutions, hospitals like PGI and Fortis, he said would be ideal for professionals working in nearby IT institutions and industrial set ups.
