Vodafone cuts local call charge to Re 1/min

New Delhi, Jan 16, 2008 : According to a company release GSM major Vodafone –Essar has planned to slash local tarrif rates of post paid and prepaid services to Rs 1 per minute across all its circles in the country.

At present, the company levies on an average Rs 1.99 per minute on pre-paid connections and Rs 1.69 per minute on post paid connections. However, these tariffs vary from scheme to scheme.
