Bihar: Two killed in road mishap

Darbhanga, Jan 16: Two people were killed in a road accident near Atihar village under Sadar police station in the district today.

Police sources here said a tractor overturned near Atihar village on Darbhanga-Madhubani Highway this morning.

The driver and a labourer died on the spot.

The agitated mob had blocked the highway demanding monetary relief and job guarantee to the kith of the deceased.

Meanwhile, the administration had reached the spot and was trying to resolve the issue,sources added.
