MP: Petro products should not be misused

Bhopal, Jan 16: Madhya Pradesh Governor Balram Jakhar has stressed on the need for better utilisation of coal and petroleum products in view of increasing consumption of fuel.

Dr Jakhar, while inaugurating 'Oil and Gas Conservation fortnight' here yesterday, said no one should misuse fuel.

Misuse of natural resources like diesel, petrol and coal indicated danger for future.

Expressing concern over increase in pollution due to misuse of fuel, he said youths must attempt to prevent these effects. More attention must be paid to research for alternative fuel.

The Governor administered pledge to children and citizens to conserve fuel.
