Cool weather hepls winter linger

Kolkata, Jan 15 (UNI) Winter in the city continued to linger with the minimum temparature remaining more or less constant.

Alipore Met officials said that maximum temperature has been recorded at 27.3 degree Celsius and the minimum at 13.1 degree Celsius,which is one degree below normal.

The maximum relative humidity was recorded at 91 per cent while the minimum was 31 per cent.

Met department officials predicted mist in the morning but later the sky would remain mainly clear. During the next 24 hours the minimum temperature would be around 14 degrees Celsius.
