Case against SHO, constables registered
Shajapur, MP, Jan 16 (UNI) An attempt to murder case was today registered against a Station House Officer (SHO) and two constables in connection with a firing incident by policemen at Berchha area in this district in which a youth was injured, police said.
As per preliminary information, Hakim Singh Gurjar (20) was sitting along with 3-4 acquaintance near Ranthbhavar village when police reached in search of some accused.
During this, Hakim was injured in police firing and was admitted to the district hospital. In his statement, Hakim said SHO Dinesh Prajapati and constables Vikas Tiwari and Vinod Sharma opened fire.
Meanwhile, Mr Parjapati said people sitting beside Hakim had opened fire on them forcing them to retaliate. He claimed that Hakim was not injured in police firing.
