''We hope the DoT (Department of Telecommunications) will agree with TRAI's recommendations,'' company Chairman Sunil Mittal told reporters on the sidelines of a conference here. The government has no choice but to allocate spectrum to the existing operators as per the TRAI norms, he said adding the company expects to receive the radio waves shortly.
