3 imprisoned for life for a plot to kill Mush

Karachi/Islamabad, Jan 16, 2008 : A Pakistani anti-terrorism court on January 15th sentenced three Islamic militants to life imprisonment, convicted of planning an attack on Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf outside this southern port city's international airport in 2002.

Meanwhile, the government said that the Pakistani political leaders were facing looming threats and warned them to avoid unnecessary exposure in the run-up to a February general election.
