Two CRPF personnel killed,one seriously injured in grenade explosion

Bokaro, Jan 15 (UNI) At least two CRPF jawans were killed and another was seriousy injured when a hand grenade accidentally exploded at the 32nd battalion of the CRPF in this district of Jharkhand today.

Sources at the Bokaro General Hospital said CRPF personnel Nipu Kalita and Ramnath Gupta were killed in the accident.

The incident occurred when the CRPF jawans were shifting grenades at the camp, sources said, adding that one of the grenades accidentally fell on the ground, leading to the explosion.

Another jawan, who was seriously injured, was battling for his life at the hospital, the sources added.
