Modern India posts Rs 1.78 cr profit in Q3
Mumbai, Jan 15 (UNI) Real estate company, Modern India has posted a profit of Rs 1.78 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, rising by over 74.5 per cent as compared to Rs 1.02 crore for the corresponding period during the last fiscal.
Income during the period was Rs 41.98 crore, a 150 per cent growth against Rs 16.82 crore for the corresponding period during the previous fiscal, a release said.
The EPS of the Company stood at Rs 5.34 against Rs 5.70 for the previous full fiscal.
The Company also plans to develop 2,58,000 sq ft of commercial space near Mahalaxmi and Elphinstone Road following approval from the Government to develop mill land, the release added.
