Minor among 4 killed in road accident

Bareilly, Jan 15 (UNI) At least four people, including a minor and two women, were killed after a motorcycle they were travelling on, was hit by a speeding truck here today.

The accident took place on Bithri Chainpur block road, where the ill-fated motorcycle was hit by the truck, killing the four people on the spot, police said.

The deceased were identified as Samurudin (35), his wife Bilkisan (30), son Shadab (2) and one Najima (18).

Truck driver, however, managed to escape.

Investigation was on.
