Jawan injured in landmine blast

Jammu, Jan 15 (UNI) An Army jawan was injured in blast after he stepped on a landmine close to the Line of Control (LOC) in Rajouri district, official sources said.

The explosion occurred when a jawan, identified as Man Bahadur of 3 Gorkha Rifles, accidentally stepped on the trigger of a hidden landmine at Ghambir Moglian, sources said.

The jawan was immediately hospitalised.
