BJP alleges CPI(M) hand in Barabazar inferno
Jaipur, Jan 14 (UNI) The Rajsthan BJP unit today alleged CPI(M) was behind the devastating Barabazar blaze in West Bengal.
State BJP spokesperson Kailash Nath Bhatt here told UNI that Rajasthani traders had been harassed for the last two years to vacate their shops in the Barabaza complex. The fire was a conspiracy in which the CPI(M) government was also a party, he alleged.
He said the Army's help in dousing the inferno was sought after a long time, and water supply was also not sufficient, besides mediapersons were also not allowed to visit the site.
Mr Bhatt said West Bengal Fire Brigade Minister refused to meet a delegation, headed by Rajasthan Education Minister Kali Charan Saraf, which pointed towards CPI(M)'s involement in the conspiracy.
