Havildar shoots his son with service revolver

Patna, Jan 13 (UNI) A havildar shot dead his 22-year-old son with his service revolver here today, police said.

They said Paswan fired at his son at his residence under Agamkuan police station.

The youth died on the spot.

The havildar posted at Agamkuan police station was arrested immediately and produced before the city court.

Later he was sent to the jail.

Police said the reason behind the incident was yet not known.

The matter was being investigated.
