Girl injured, shop and house gutted in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jan 13 (UNI) A girl was injured in an accident while a house and a medical shop were gutted in a fire in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said a vehicle hit and critically wounded the girl, Sandeep Kour at Lal Mandi near here. She was hospitalised.

A house was gutted in the fire at Kokernag in south Kashmir while a medical shop was reduced to ashes at Soura in the down town city.

The cause of the fire was not known, they said adding that no one was injured.
