Engineer's first novel bags award in MP

Indore, Jan 13: Shriram Mishra's novel 'Shyamla Hills' has been selected for the Madhya Pradesh Sahitya Parishad's Dushyant Kumar Puraskar for an author's first work.

Who P S Mr Mishra, an engineer penned the novel more than a year back. He will receive Rs 21,000 and a citation, sources said yesterday.

He hails from this city and is posted at Ujjain as an official of the Madhya Pradesh Roadways Development Authority.
