23 gamblers held; over Rs 5 lakh seized
Sitapur, Jan 13 (UNI) At least 23 gamblers have been arrested and Rs 5,70,000 recovered from them in Mohaya town of this district, police said today.
A raid was conducted at a residence near National Highway late last night and 23 people caught gambling red-handed, Police Superintendent V K Dohra said.
A case had been registered and investigation was on.
