Govt schemes for all round development: Hooda
Fatehabad, Jan 12 (UNI) Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said that the schemes being implemented by the state government were aimed for the upliftment of every section of the society.
Addressing a rally here, he reiterated his commitment to generate additional capacity of 5000 MW within next three years.
''After completion of ongoing power generating projects'', he said, "I may not be able to give round the clock supply; but it will definitely be given for 20 to 22 hours daily and it is my promise." Referring to the local demands, the CM announced development grant of Rs one crore each for Baropal, Gorakhpur and Mohammadpur Rohi, which is native village of dissident Congress leader Bhajan Lal.
He also sanctioned upgradation of Fatehabad hospital from 50 to 100 bed and construction of over 30 link roads in the district.
