3 Hizbul Mujahideen militants arrested in Kashmir
Srinagar, Jan 12 (UNI) Troops arrested three Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militants along with a huge cache of arms and ammunition, including grenades and explosive in south Kashmir, a police spokesman said today.
He said troops of 55 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) conducted a search operation at village Litter in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.
During the operation three HM militants Mohammad Yousuf Baba, Arashid Ahmad Mir and Muzaffar ahmad Malik, resident of Pakherpora and Charar-e-Sharief in the central Kashmir district of Badgam, were arrested.
A huge cache of arms and ammunition, including two hand grenades, about half a kg explosive material, 250 grams of narcotic substances and some rounds of ammunition were recovered from their possession.
