Caveat filed on Gutkha ban

Bilaspur, Jan 11 (UNI) The Chhattisgarh government has filed a caveat in the High Court here yesterday regarding the five year ban on sale and consumption of tobacco-mixed Gutkha in the state from January 1 this year.

''The state government may be heard if any petition challenging the ban on production, storage, distribution and sale of tobacco-mixed Gutka was filed in the court'', the caveat petition said.
