Gitanjali Group acquires diamond brand Nakshatra

New Delhi, 9 Jan, 2008 : India"s largest integrated diamond and jewellery manufacturer and retailer, Gitanjali Gems Ltd, on 8th January, announced the complete acquisition of Nakshatra Diamonds, one of DTC"s premium brands.

This acquisition gives Gitanjali Group sole rights over the world"s most supreme diamond jewellery brand and also a 100 % stake in the 'Brightest Circle Jewellery Pvt. Ltd or BCJPL.
