Rowdy surrenders in Pondy

Puducherry, Jan 10 (UNI) Even as the police is intensifying vigil to prevent the intrusion and movement of anti-social elements into the union territory, a notorious rowdy, 'Vellai Guna,' today surrendered at the II Additional District Court.

Guna came to the court along with his advocate, Mr Sivakumar and surrendered before the judge, Mr Annamalai.
