IceNet launches technical support outsourcing
Ahmedabad, Jan 10 (UNI) Gujarat-based IceNet has launced a new venture to focus on knowledge process outsourcing to provide technical support to companies in USA and Europe.
IceNet Managing Director Chirag Mehta said that the Company plans to expand its business to Rs 200 crore in the next three years and IceNet plans to employ 1,000 engineers for its technical support outsourcing business.
He said the Company will focus on the small and medimum enterprises and has already secured a contract with Verso Technologies of USA.
Mr Mehta added that Nasscom has estimated the technical support outsourcing business at around USD 55 billion and India caters to less than USD three billion business.
