HP Govt to speed up development activities: PWD Minister

Mandi, Jan 10 (UNI) The new Himachal Pradesh government will speed up development activities in the state, said Public Works and Revenue Minister Gulab singh Thakur.

Talking to mediapersons here today, he said that no slackness in policy implementation would be tolerated.

Mr Thakur said the officials should modify their style of working and should take the repair and maintenance of the roads on priority basis.

''The state government is committed to provide transparent and corruption free administration. The official concerned should work with full devotion to implement the policies,'' he asserted.
