HC postpones blueline buses case hearing to Feb 5
New Delhi, Jan 10 (UNI)The Delhi High Court today deferred the hearing in the Blueline buses case till February 5.
After a spate of road accidents involving the blueline buses in the Capital last year, the Court had taken suo motto notice of the matter and directed the Delhi Government to remove all the blueline buses from the metro.
The hearing in the matter was going on but after Supreme Court's order in which it stated that the Judges should not overstep and function like the government, a bench comprising Justices Vikramajit Sen and P K Bhasin deffered the hearing in the matter and said they will take any step if the authorities fail to function in this regard.
