Court issues notice to accused in New Year molestation case
Mumbai, Jan 10 (UNI) The Sessions Court today issued notices to all the accused in molestation case of two California-based girls on January 1, returnable on February 4, following a revision application filed by the prosecution for cancellation of their bail.
Additional sessions Judge S N Sardesai issued notices to all the accused and directed them to appear in the court on the next hearing of the petition. After hearing both sides, the court will decide on maintanability of the petition.
The state filed the revision petition yesterday seeking cancellation of bail of all the fourteen accused. They had been granted bail of Rs 10,000 by the Metropolitan Magistrate on January 4.
