Ayurveda, Yoga, modern medicines should co-exist: Baba Ramdev
Mumbai, Jan 10 (UNI) Ayurveda, Yoga, modern medicines, Unani, herbal and other forms of medicine should co-exist for the betterment of mankind, Baba Ramdev said today.
He made these observations while announcing a Yoga camp in the metropolis from February 4 to 9.
He said Yoga can cure most of the problems, if not every problem and he would expect most of the Mumbaikars to join him during the camp.
Baba Ramdev said the medical fraternity has accepted the benefits of Yoga but are reluctant to accept it can cure diseases. ''I can cure people's blood pressure problem and help them reduce weight,'' he claimed.
He added, ''I am not challenging anyone from the medical field, but if you think I am wrong then stop me.'' The Baba said he has advised patients with big cancerous growth to opt for operation rather than Yoga.
