Alchemist Realty issues bonus equity shares

Mumbai, Jan 10 (UNI) Mumbai-based Alchemist Realty today approved the increase in share capital by Rs 7.50 crore by addition of 75 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The board of the Company has also approved the bonus issue of one equity share for every equity share held by the shareholder, a company press release said.

The company, formerly known as Pan Packaging Industries Limited, changed its name to Alchemist Realty Limited in 2006.
