SP workers burn Mayawati in effigy

Sagar, MP, Jan 9 (UNI) SP workers today staged a demonstration and burnt Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati in effigy to protest beating up of party leaders and students in Uttar Pradesh at Teen Batti area in this district.

According to a party statement, SP National General Secretary Gauri Singh Yadav described the incident as shameful and demanded dismissing AT the Mayawati Government over the issue besides registering a case in this regard.

SP general secretary Dinesh Yadav and party Bundelkhand in charge Sanjay Yadav also took part in the demonstration.
