Five auto lifters held in Delhi

New Delhi, Jan 9 (UNI) The Delhi Police today claimed to have busted a gang of auto lifters with the arrest of five robbers.

A police spokesperson said Babu alias Asif, Ganga Dhar, Sabu, Asif and Kaku alias Lalit were invloved in cases of robbery and auto lifting in Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida.

Two country-made pistols with three live rounds besides one iron rod and iron pipe were seized from their possession.

He said the criminals were planning dacoity at a petrol pump in Vasundhra Enclave.
