Challan against 4 involved in fake certificate case produced
Srinagar, Jan 9 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir police, Crime Branch, has produced a challan in a local court against one Forest Protection Force (FPF) official and one sheep husbandry stock assistance for getting appointment on fake qualification certificates.
The challan was produced after the complaints that the accused had got employment producing fake certificates official sources said.
They said the Crime Branch (CB) had received a complaint from Deputy Director FPF, Baramulla, that one Bashir Ahmd had produced fake certificates for being appointed as forest guard in the department.
Sources said during investigation, the CB after verifying the certificates with the State Board of School Education, found the doqements as fake.
Later, during the further investigation it was found that the accused was helped by two more persons--Mohammad Sayed Wani and Parvez Ahmad Shah.
They said challan was produced against all the three accused involved in the case.
Similarly, the CB unearthed another case of appointment made on fake qualification certificate in the sheep husbandry department.
It said one Mohammad Ramzan had produced a fake qualification certificate to undergo stock assistant training.
The accused was working in the department as shepherd, they said the allegations against him were proved correct after checking with board record.
