Three get death
Banka, Jan 8 (UNI) A fast track court today awarded death sentence to three people and life imprisonment to 18 in a murder case.
Fast track court judge N N Choudhary found all the accused guilty of killing Sunil Mandal, Dilip Mandal and Shivan Mandal natives of Gauradih village under Rajauna police station area in the district and awarded capital punishment to Dablu Mandal, Sikki Mandal and Mannu Mandal and life imprisonment to 18 people.
According to the charges, the victims were shot dead by the convicts on November 13, 2000. The convict had also torched the victims house.
