Spielberg's kids have no problems 'outsmarting' him!

Washington, Jan 8 : Renowned filmmaker Steven Spielberg tries every possible way to stop his young kids from watching his films but fails miserably when tricked by them.

The Oscar-winning director has revealed that he is not sure whether his youngest kids Sawyer, 15; Mikaela Spielberg, 11; Destry, 11, are old enough to check out his scarier movies, like 'Jaws' and 'Indiana Jones.'

"Kids, even in the same family, mature at different rates," Contactmusic quoted Spielberg, as saying.

"They usually ask me to see Indiana Jones, which I think is fine for my younger kids," he added.

However, Sawyer tricked his father into allowing him to watch 'Jaws' when he was 13.

"Sometimes the kids outsmart me. He said, 'Dad, I was bar mitzvahed (Jewish ceremony to mark a boy's coming-of-age) last week. Everybody said today I'm a man, and you still won't let me see Jaws,'" he added.
