Rupee opens stronger at 39.31 per USD

Mumbai, Jan 7: The Rupee opened stronger against US Dollar at 39.31 from its previous close of 39.34/35 per dollar on fresh overseas inflows.

The partial Indian currency was trading firm against the greenback as their were strong inflows in the Indian equity market, dealers said and added that the Rupee is expected to move towards a near-decade high of 39.16 hit in November.
