Minal Engineering acquires stake in C Mahendra Infojewels

New Delhi, Jan 7 (UNI) Minal Engineering Ltd today said, it has acquired a stake in a jewellery firm C Mahendra Infojewels who are in the business of manufacturing high quality diamond studded jewellery.

The company is also planning to acquire Selection Inc, a US- based jewellery marketing company in order to give boost to its customer base in the domestic as well as international market, the company said in a statement.

The manufacturing plant of C Mahendra Infojewels is based at SEEPZ, Andheri, Mumbai, it added.
