International kite festival from January 11-14

Ahmedabad, Jan 6 (UNI) Gujarat will host an International kite festival at the Ahmedabad police stadium from January 11 to 14.

Organised by Gujarat Tourism Corporation, the festival will have an international kite flying competition for the first time.

Sixty kite lovers from 34 countries will take part in the competition.

During the festival, a World Gujarati family festival and a heritage walk in the city have also been planned, an official release said.
