Puducherry: CM administers polio drops

Puducherry, Jan 6: Chief Minister N Rangasamy today inaugurated the 'Pulse Polio Immunisation Programme' at his residence by administering polio drops to a few children.

As many as 93,000 children below five years have been targeted for the immunisation drive in the Union Territory.

A total of 416 booths, including eight on border areas, have been set up in the Union Territory for administering the drops.

Special booths have been set up in bus stands and railway station here.
