Cranes Software to acquire US Company

Mumbai, Jan 5: The Board of Bangalore based Cranes Software International Ltd has approved 100 per cent acquisition of the equity shares of Engineering Technology Associates Inc. of the United States. The acquisition would be through its wholly owned subsidiary Cranes Software Inc., USA and the company would invest Rs 72 crore to meet acquisition cost besides immediate investments in product upgrades, alliances, infrastructure modernisation and expansion, the company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
