Hyundai Motor India to raise prices

Chennai, Jan 04: Hyundai Motor India, the second largest automobile manufacturer and the largest exporter in the country today announced that it will revise the price of the recently launched i10 across all its variants from January 12, up to a maximum of Rs 5,000 for the top trim.

It would also increase the price of some other models in the next few weeks, a company release said here today. The i10 was launched in New Delhi on October 31, 2007 marking the world debut. Significantly, the i10 was first launched in the Indian market and this was followed by the European launch at the Bologna Motor show in Italy in December 2007, the release added.
