Bilcare acquires Singular ID for USD 19.58 million

Mumbai, Jan 4 (UNI) Bilcare Singapore has bought a 100 stake of Singapore based integrated hi-tech enterprise brand security system provider Singular ID for USD 19.58 million.

''With counterfeit products is not only affecting trust and safety of the consumer, but is also damaging the reputation and bottom line of the industry as well, there has been a dire need for a robust and scaleable anti-counterfeit solution'', said Mr Mohan Bhandari, Bilcare Chairman, MD, stated a release.
