Illicit factory busted in Lucknow, 2 arrested

Lucknow, Jan 3: Lucknow Police has busted a factory illegally manufacturing soap, salt, oil and detergent powder in Gomti Nagar area here.

Two persons Ashish Yadav and Ajay Jaiswal were arrested from the spot, police said yesterday. The illicit factory was operating in an underground godown in Vijayant Khand manufacturing soap, salt, oil and detergent powder.

Wrappers of prominent companies, equipment and chemicals were seized from the spot, police added.

The arrested confessed that they supplied the products here and the nearby areas.
