Hampi to get improved infrastructure facilities

Bangalore, Jan 3: The Karnataka Tourism Department has identified eight places in Hampi for developing infrastructure facilities there. Toursim Director Somasheskar told to the sources today that three agencies had been short-listed for the purpose and the department would meet on January 7 to finalise the list.

He said a delegation from UNESCO (World Heritage) led by Francisco Bhandarin would visit the state tomorrow and meet advisors to the Governor to discuss the pending issues regarding Hampi.
